All that follows is based on one belief; “There Exists Exactly One Biosphere”
Time is short, tipping points are close. We know the essentials; Climate Change, Biodiversity Loss, Pollution, Resource Depletion and the attendant Political / Social / Economic implications.
Continuing to degrade the biosphere we continue to degrade ourselves. Some actively work to counter this seemingly inevitable evolution – but their separate efforts are not enough.
The proposal that follows – for a Federation of Environmental Organizations – is simple, logical and achievable.

Of course I kid myself when I say this proposal is “simple”. The pdf is a mere outline that requires substantial discussion, revision and enhancement. I do hope it can serve as a starting point.
